Peninsula Life Management is an alternative asset management firm organized to act as a general partner to life settlement focused retail investment partnerships. PLM structures and distributes transparent life settlement investment products that can be tailored to meet the criteria and standards of each partnership. Working with registered investment advisors, PLM provides guidance and a marketing platform for the RIA’s to further sell the life settlement opportunity to retail investors.
Once a partnership has been undertaken, PLM oversees investment management duties. PLM manages the investment sourcing done through Secondary Life Capital and the policy servicing managed by Life Policy Dynamics. Peninsula Life Management helps to establish an investment committee comprised of PLM professionals and the investment advisors. This committee approves each life settlement acquisition to create a diversified longevity portfolio with a risk-return ration that meets investors’ expectations.
